Dear Dan, Your Remote Data Backups service is so easy to use and has already been helpful with a problem we had on one of our computers. However, it is not just an awesome tool for backing up our files. It is also a great way to share files between the computers running Remote Data Backups. We use this feature of Remote Data Backups to share art files and other large files between our corporate office in Maryland with our administrative office in Illinois. If you have any issues with backups...lost data...not backing up ALL your computer info regularly you need to speak with Dan Dugal.. He is available 24/7....I don't think the guy sleeps! Every time I have called for his assistance he has answered the phone and walked me through everything. I had trouble with my Outlook Express program...while trying to fix it, did something that totally erased all email data including the address book. This is data that most people probably don't even think about backing up daily. All I had to do was call Dan and we did a few mouse clicks and I was back in time with all my data recovered. A true time and life saver for me! Can't say enough about the service I have rec'd from this company. Working with Dan is truly a pleasure. This may not be for all owners...but if you're like me and do not want to have to think about back ups or losing data...then give him a call. I can highly recommend it for its ease of use, flexibility, and the ability to access backed up files from any computer with Internet access. Set up was extremely simple. All I had to do was download and run the setup program which walked me through the easy-to-understand setup process in a few minutes. The program allows complete flexibility in choosing which folders to back up as well as back up times and days of the week. Hopefully we will never need to restore data but merely having the data automatically backed up every night means one (actually more than one) less thing I have to do. Even if we never need to restore data, the ability to access data from home or while traveling is an outstanding feature.
